Learning Agreement Erasmus Table B

The host institution undertakes to provide a copy of the registrations to the original institution and the student within a time frame set by the inter-institutional agreement and, as a rule, beyond five weeks after the publication/proclamation of the student`s results in the host institution. It can be made available electronically or by other means accessible to the student. It is only if the changes described in the Abis table have an impact on the group of educational components of the diploma (Table B) that are replaced after graduating abroad in the original educational institution should the Bbis table be used. Additional lines and columns can be added to the Abis and Bbis tables if necessary. For mobility windows, Table D can be completed as follows: after mobility, the receiving institution must send a file protocol to the student and the sending institution (Table C). Finally, the sending institution should provide the student with a transcript of the recordings (Table D) or record the results in a database to which the student can access. The changes to the mobility curriculum should be exceptional, given that all three parties have already agreed on a group of teaching components to be carried out abroad, taking into account the list of courses that the host institution intends to publish and update regularly in a timely manner before mobility periods. However, the introduction of amendments may be unavoidable, for example. B due to scheduling conflicts.

The OLS was designed to help Erasmus students improve their knowledge of the language in which they will study before and during their stay abroad, in order to ensure a better quality of learning mobility. The minutes of the issuing institution must contain at least the information in Table D (the results of the recognition) and attach the minutes to the institution receiving them. The sending institution must fully recognize the number of ectS points (or equivalents) in Table A if studies abroad do not change and the student succeeds. Any exception to this rule should be clearly stated in an annex of the apprenticeship agreement and agreed upon by all parties. Example of justification for non-recognition: the student has already accumulated the number of credits necessary for his diploma and does not need a part of the credits acquired abroad. Tables to be filled out during mobility (Abis and Bbis tables) should only be used if changes are required to the initial mobility program. These tables and the pre-mobility section (Tables A and B) should always be kept together in all communications. All students who have completed the OLS erasmus assessment prior to mobility will also be subject to a final assessment at the end of mobility. With the OLS, other possibilities are available.
