I bought your keylogger software and received my license key. But when I register the keylogger software it says 'invalid licence'. Why?
Actually the keylogger software you download from our website or any software download website is just a DEMO version. Once you have received your license key, you can find a direct download link to the latest version along with you license key in the email. Please completely uninstall the DEMO version from your computer, then download and install the latest version of our keylogger software. Anyway, your license key can ONLY register the latest version of our keylogger software, and it is NOT able to register the DEMO version any more. What I can promise is that the latest version is far more stable and functional than the DEMO version!
I find that you haven't released any update for a long time. Do you have a new version of the keylogger software, and where can I download it?
Yes, we do have a new version of our keylogger software, but it only be available to our purchaser. The direct download link to the latest version will be provided in the email along with your license key. We don't provide it as a free trial version for public downloading.
